Terms of use
By creating a household in Kingdom Finance you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.

1. What the service is
Kingdom Finance is a financial organisation and visualisation tool for families. It brings together data you enter and banking data you authorise it to receive, computes indicators from them, and presents them.
2. What it is not
The service is not financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Projections and scenarios are estimates computed from your data and the assumptions given, not forecasts.
No financial decision should rest on what the dashboard shows alone. Consult a qualified professional when the decision matters.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for whom you invite into your household. Anyone with the administrator role can connect banks, change the household structure and delete records — invite with that weight in mind.
4. Bank connections
Connecting your bank depends on a Consumer Data Right gateway and on the consent you grant your bank. The availability, coverage and frequency of the data depend on the financial institution and on the gateway, and may change without notice.
The access granted is read-only. You may revoke it at any time from the Accounts screen.
5. Acceptable use
Use the service to steward your household's finances. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, reach another household's data, overload the infrastructure, or use the service for unlawful activity.
6. Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, nor that data arriving from third parties is complete or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for financial decisions taken on the basis of the service, nor for indirect losses arising from its use.
7. Termination
You may close your household at any time; doing so removes the data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access in case of a breach of these terms or a legal requirement, giving notice where possible.
8. Changes
When these terms change materially, the date above is updated and the change is announced in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting it.
