Nine screens, one question

Every area of the product exists because a family needed it in a concrete conversation. Below is what each one delivers — with no promise the software does not keep.

Dashboard

The morning screen: a greeting, the verse of the day, the four principles graded on real data, the 0–100 score and whatever needs attention now.

  • Financial health score with the trend of recent weeks
  • Net worth, cash flow this month, total debt and reserve in months
  • Kingdom allocation against the target the household set
  • Alerts for due dates, card limits and goals falling behind

Accounts

Connected bank accounts and hand-entered ones in the same place, with a consolidated balance and each account assigned to Personal or Business.

  • Bank connection with consent, and reconnection when the bank asks for it
  • Automatic sync every night, and on demand whenever you want
  • AUD and USD balances consolidated into the household currency
  • A clear line between what belongs to the family and what belongs to the business

Cash flow

Every transaction, filtered by period, account, category and status — plus the queue of what still needs review.

  • Categorisation by rules that learn from your corrections
  • A review queue that shrinks instead of growing
  • Breakdown by category and by Kingdom bucket
  • Month-by-month trend of what comes in and what goes out

Debts

Cards, loans and financing with interest, minimum payment and due date — and the payoff order that costs least.

  • Payoff projection at the current payment and with an extra one
  • Suggested order between avalanche and snowball, with the cost of each
  • What interest costs the household per month, as a number
  • A warning when a card approaches its limit, before it becomes a problem

Commitments

Rent, school, insurance, subscriptions: everything that comes back every month, with due dates and the equivalent monthly total.

  • Weekly, fortnightly, monthly and yearly recurrences in one comparable total
  • What falls due in the coming days, on the first screen
  • The weight of commitments against the month's income
  • Family commitments and business commitments kept apart

Goals

A home, a business, missions, a reserve: each goal with its amount, deadline, progress and the verse that sustains it.

  • Progress measured on what was actually set aside
  • How much per month is still needed to arrive on the agreed date
  • A warning when a goal falls behind plan
  • Family goals and business goals in one list

Investments

Shares, ETFs, index funds, REITs, fixed income, crypto and superannuation — with average cost, market value and unrealised result.

  • Buys, sells, dividends and fees keeping the average cost honest
  • Allocation by asset class against the household's target
  • Unrealised result per holding and for the portfolio
  • What the portfolio is worth feeds the dashboard's net worth

Family

Invite by e-mail, with two roles. Everyone sees the whole house; not everyone can undo what is irreversible.

  • Administrator: connects banks, changes the house, invites and removes
  • Member: sees everything and records daily life, without touching the permanent
  • Single-use e-mail invitation that expires in seven days
  • Joining a house does not copy the history — it is the same house, with more people in it

The dashboard is easier to understand from the inside

Create the house, connect a bank and read the first score the same day.
